It also assists in calculating the efficiencies of\nPBIB designs with any number of associate classes. The package\nalso constructs Youden-m square designs which are Row-Column\ndesigns for the two-way elimination of heterogeneity. The\nincomplete columns of these Youden-m square designs constitute\nPBIB designs. With the present functionality, the package will\nbe of immense importance for the researchers as it will help\nthem to construct PBIB designs, to check if their PBIB designs\nand association scheme satisfy various necessary conditions for\nthe existence, to calculate the efficiencies of PBIB designs\nbased on any association scheme and to construct Youden-m\nsquare designs for the two-way elimination of heterogeneity.
